What we make

We make personalized hardcover storybooks from the photos, names, and story details you provide. Ready-made books use one of our stories. Custom books use a story you provide.

Your approval

You approve the character art and every page before the book goes to print. Nothing prints until you approve it.

Ready-made books include creation retries during the flow. Once approved, the book prints as approved. Custom books include free revision rounds until you approve every page.

Refunds and reprints

You can get a full refund at any time before the book goes to print. Once you approve the book for print, we cannot refund it because you do not like the style or likeness.

If the book arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will reprint it free. If two reprints fail, we will give you a full refund.

If you supplied the wrong address, we can reprint the book at cost. If we made the address error, we will reprint it free.

Content rules

We can refuse content that is hateful, sexual, violent, or depicts a child whose parent or guardian has not given permission. We may also refuse content that is illegal or could put someone at risk.

Your photos and permission

You keep your rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited right to use them solely to make your book. You confirm that you are the child's parent or guardian, or have permission from their parent or guardian.

How long we keep files

Unpaid orders and their files are deleted after seven days. Uploaded photos are deleted within 30 days of the order, regardless of order status. See our privacy policy for more detail.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California.
