Refunds and reprints

Before the book goes to print
You can get a full refund at any time before the book goes to print. You approve the character art and every page first.
After the book goes to print
Once the book has gone to print, we cannot refund it because you do not like the approved style or likeness. The approved proof is the version we print.
Damaged or misprinted books
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will reprint the book at no charge. If two reprints fail, we will give you a full refund.
Address errors
If you supplied the wrong address, we can reprint the book at cost. If we made the address error, we will reprint it free.
Changes by book type
New custom books include two rounds of artwork corrections before print approval. Words and scene plans can be edited before illustration; artwork corrections do not rewrite the approved story or add pages. Existing paid custom and ready-made orders retain their purchased revision and refund terms, including unlimited or manual revision arrangements.
