Will it actually look like them?
That's the whole job. You'll see two versions before you pay anything, and the finished book before it prints.
What if I don't like it?
You can get a full refund any time before the book goes to print. Once you approve it for print, we cannot refund it for taste or likeness.
Can I ask for changes?
Custom books include free changes until you approve every page. Ready-made books include creation retries during the flow, then print as approved.
What if the printed book arrives damaged or misprinted?
Send us a photo within 14 days. We will reprint it free. If two reprints fail, we will give you a full refund.
How many people can be in it?
Three in a ready-made story, five in your own.
What happens to the photos?
Used only to make the book. Unpaid orders and their files are deleted after seven days. Uploaded photos are deleted within 30 days.
Can I write the story myself?
Yes. Paste it in and we'll illustrate it.
