Your permission

You must be the parent or guardian of each child shown, or have their parent or guardian's permission. You must also have permission to use the photos, including the photographer's rights. Gift buyers are welcome with those permissions.

Making your book

You keep your rights to uploaded photos. You allow us and our service providers to process them to illustrate, check and fulfill your book. We do not sell your photos or publish them in marketing without separate written permission.

Working files

Unpaid drafts and their files become eligible for scheduled cleanup seven days after creation. Paid working files are kept through fulfillment. After shipment, working photos, character references and page images become eligible after seven days and at least 24 hours after a cleanup notice. If an older order has no shipment timestamp, the saved last-update timestamp is used. Cleanup runs may occur later than eligibility. Final PDFs, approval history and order records are retained for reorders, support and accounting.
